The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Notices of Intent: 
676 Orleans Road, Frederick Bearse, SE 10-3173:  Proposed permitting and  raising an existing deck, raising the existing dock;  replacement of the existing stub piles in kind; lengthening  existing ramp from the existing dock to the existing float, add a connecting ramp from the existing bulkhead to the deck and a connecting ramp from the deck to the existing dock; installation of wooden timber walkway and beach access stairs from the top of the bulkhead to the beach area at 676 Orleans Rd, Assessors Map 12J parcel 5. 
597 Orleans Road & 0 Wells Hollow Road, Christine A Hardy- owner /applicant and Heather H Kany-owner, SE 10-3174:  Proposed Vegetation and Land Management plan at 597 Orleans Road & 0 Wells Hollow Road, Assessors Map 12-I parcels 8 & 45.
