Approve Minutes.
Approve minutes of executive session meeting Nov 18th, 2020

Follow up on B.O.S. Office positions, temporary  coordinators, secretary, administrative assistant, discuss advertising, hiring and any related matters to fill temporary and or permanent positions.

Grant Consultant for Cares, ARPA  Acts and/or others. In house or join another community to help with process and reporting or related matters. Check with MRCP.

Follow up on PMS reuse committee, any progress, members to be appointed?

Linda  Qualters, new Phillipston Youth Supporters group.

Updates on building repairs/renovations.

Followup on missing/misplaced files.

Executive Session, if the Board determines necessary by a vote and state reason.

Other Business not received 48 hours in advance of meeting time meeting legal requirements.
Including year end account transfers.
