Director’s Report
Discuss whether or not we want to update our “Appropriate Library Conduct” policy with the following:
The Library Director or his/her designee will use their own discretion in instances when an individual with a disability is not able to conform to the Patron Behavior Policy and needs additional accommodation.
Review a couple of the goals in our FY 2018 Long Range Plan that we should be starting to implement.
Continue our discussion of what we want to see happen regarding building upgrades while continuing to prioritize projects.
Come up with specific tasks/goals in order to start initiating each potential project (with the intention of doing one at a time).
