1. Call to Order  
2. Open Time for the Public  
3. Approval of Minutes from February 5, 2018.  
4. Report of the Principal Assessor and take any actions necessary relative to the Report.  
5. Chairman's report and take any actions necessary relative to the Report.  
6. Review & Sign (if any) Month End Lists, Warrants. and Commitments incl. "Chapter Land" white papers.  
7. Any additional reports.  
8. All other business new/old including FY 19 budget and finalize the Principal Assessor's job description (and any item that cannot wait until the next meeting); explanation of chapter land being discussed at Planning Board meeting on 2/21/18 (Informational discussion with Mark Reed and David Gartska about the possible development of 99,109-113 Glendale Road. Assessors map 7,  Parcel 5.)
9.Set time and date of next meeting.
