1. Approval of Minutes for Thursday, February 1, 2018.
2. Review of new edits/comments submitted to the Committee regarding our proposed changes.
3. Review incorporation of changes adopted at Town Meeting (Articles related to Town Meeting/Elections, Finance Committee, Council on Aging, and Budget Process).
4. Review Article II Finance Committee – our Committee’s past suggestions and Finance Committee’s suggestions in light of the changes to the Article adopted at Town Meeting and the approval of the new Budget Process Article.
5. Review Article IX Swimming Pools with Tom Quinlan.
6. Review the Highway Superintendent’s comments on Article XVIII Sidewalk Clearing, Article XXIV Repairs of Private Ways, and Article XXV Curb Cuts.
7. Review progress on remaining Articles.
8. Set date/time for next meeting. |
