(in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975) LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED CALL TO ORDER Approval of the Minutes of March 11, 2015 COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS: Transfer Fee Revenues Revenue for the week ending March 13, 2015: $164,620 Revenue for the week ending March 20, 2015: New Business 1. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing The Land Bank Commission will conduct a second-reading of a proposed amendment to this policy; the first-reading took place at its March 11, 2015 meeting. 2. Agency Land Management: Natural Heritage Program The Land Bank Commission will review a draft agreement between itself and the commonwealth natural heritage program regarding data release. 3. West Tisbury Trail Planning The Land Bank Commission will review a public notice regarding the possibility that the following ancient ways will be designated as special ways: Old Coach Road; Pine Hill Road; Red Coat Hill Road – Motts Hill Road; and Shubael Weeks Road.
