(in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975) LIST OF TOPICS TO BE DISCUSSED CALL TO ORDER Approval of the Minutes of February 23, 2015 COUNTY AND LAND BANK COMMISSION TREASURERS' REPORTS: Transfer Fee Revenues Revenue for the week ending February 27, 2015: New Business 1. Chappy Point Beach (Town of Edgartown) The Land Bank Commission will review a February 24, 2015 letter from lessee Martha’s Vineyard Shellfish Group, Inc, about a replacement of its seawater supply lines here. 2. Chilmark Pond Preserve (Town of Chilmark) The Land Bank Commission will review a March 3, 2015 letter from the Chilmark executive secretary regarding planning for public access to the Chilmark Lower Pond. 3. Cove Meadow Preserve (Town of Edgartown) The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Edgartown Conservation Commission by abutter Samuel Fuller for a permit “to place stone riprap landward of an existing timber bulkhead.” 4. Priester’s Pond Preserve (Town of West Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will review a February 24, 2025 letter from the Mill Brook Watershed Management Planning Committee regarding data collection here. 5. Tiasquam Valley Reservation (Towns of Chilmark & West Tisbury) The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the West Tisbury Board of Appeals by abutter Jerome Kenney for a special permit to install an accessory structure.
