Information for Meeting of Devens Enterprise Commission

In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

2.	Review Minutes:  June 26, 2018 and July 12, 2018

3.	Public Hearings: 
•	One-Day Wine and/or Malt Beverage License request from Clear Path for Veterans New England for a motorcycle charity ride and pig roast on Saturday September 15, 2018 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM (beer & wine 12:30p – 3p only) at 84 Antietam St. (Parcel ID # 31-2-400).

•	One-Day Wine and/or Malt Beverage License request from Clear Path for Veterans New England for the Journey Home 5k Road Race event on Sunday November 11, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (beer & wine 11:30a– 3p only) at 84 Antietam St.  (Parcel ID # 31-2-400).

•	Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by Bristol-Myers Squibb at 8 Jackson Rd (Parcel ID #9-4-200) to reconfigure and expand an existing surface parking lot adjacent to their clinical manufacturing building.  Construction includes +/- 154 new parking spaces and associated grading, drainage, landscaping and lighting improvements.

•	Level 2 Unified Permit application submitted by Applewood  Controls to construct a +/- 15,000 sf building with associated parking, grading, drainage, landscaping, lighting and utility improvements on a +/- 2 acre parcel located at 33 Lake George St (Parcel ID #8-21-401).  The Unified Permit includes Site Plan, Building Permit and Wetlands Notice of Intent for proposed site improvement within 100 feet of wetlands.

4.	New Business:
•	Proclamation designating Devens as a Purple Heart Community – request by Ryan M. Fleming, Clear Path for Veterans New England

•	Climate Action Plan/Greenhouse Gas Inventory – request for funding to hire Kim Lundgren Associates
