The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

CONTINUED HEARING: ADDITION/ALTERATION:
18-067	Chatham Shoe Boutique/c/o Effie Xenos – Application to replace steps and to install a handrail and brick entryway on the property located at 1715 Main Street Suite A. Application continued from July 18, 2018.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
18-070	James Murphy/c/o Sean Murphy – Application to replace siding with new vinyl siding on the structure located at 18 George Ryder Road.

DEMOLITON/NEW CONSTRUCTION:
18-068	782 Main Street LLC/c/o Siemasko + Verbridge LLC – Application to demolish the existing structure at the rear of the property located at 784 Main Street.

18-069	782 Main Street LLC/c/o Siemasko + Verbridge LLC – Application to construct a new townhouse structure and a detached garage on the property located at 784 Main Street.
