Information for Meeting of Devens Enterprise Commission

In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

3.	Public Hearings: 
•	MS MuckFest – Event Permit and One-Day Wine and/or Malt Beverage License request by Event 360, Inc. and the Devens Common Center for the MS MuckFest to take place on Saturday May 18, 2019 between 9AM and 6PM at the Willard Field Complex (Parcel ID #31-99-1000) and land within the Grant Road/Malvern Hill Street area (Parcel ID #31-6*300, 24-6-100, 24-6-200, and 18-7-200).

•	84 Antietam Street – Unified Permit Application submitted by Clear Path for Veterans New England for an Historical District Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed renovations to an existing historic building and site plan approval for the reconfiguration of the existing parking lot, including stormwater controls and landscaping (Parcel ID #31-2-400).

•	38 Jackson Road – Unified Permit Application submitted by Bristol-Myers Squibb for the construction of a +/- 13,000 gross-square foot building addition and associated site improvements to the existing Chemical Storage/Cryogenics building (Parcel ID #9-4-200).

•	64 Jackson Road – Unified Permit Application submitted by Jackson 64 MGI, LLC for the addition of ten (10) new loading dock doors and associated site paving, drainage and utility improvements to the rear of the existing building (Parcel ID #13-4-600).

4.	New Business:
•	Update on Devens water information meeting update – PFAS/PFOA – Request from Devens Utilities to address temporary fix as a Level One plan.  Permanent construction to come before the Commission as a Level Two Permit.
•	Draft letter of support to Board of Building Regulations & Standards (BBRS) for proposed Net Zero building code.
