If anyone from the shell fishing community or public wishes to make any constructive comments or express concerns with the shell fishing industry, habitat, or shellfish in general, or request a future agenda item, they may do so now. The Chair will use discretion over length and content of comments.

5. Proposed catwalk at 98 Nabby’s Lane (Oyster River)

11. Executive Session – MGL Ch. 30A, Section 21 #3 – To discuss strategy with respect to threatened litigation regarding Monomoy Refuge, and the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town with no return to open session.
