In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

3.	Public Hearings: 
•	Continued:  84 Antietam Street – Unified Permit Application submitted by Clear Path for Veterans New England for an Historical District Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed renovations to an existing historic building and site plan approval for the reconfiguration of the existing parking lot, including stormwater controls and landscaping (Parcel ID #31-2-400)

•	Devens Dog Festival Event Permit and one-day All Alcoholic Beverage License request by Clear Path for Veterans New England for the Devens Dog Festival to take place on Museum Field at 27 Antietam Street (Parcel ID #31-99-900) on Sunday June 2, 2019 from 8 AM – 3 PM

4.	New Business:
•	MassDevelopment – MacPherson Well Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) for the installation of a new 15’x20’ temporary building, water filtration treatment system and associated site improvements within 100 feet of wetlands.  Property located at 44 MacPherson Rd. (Parcel ID #35-00-700)

Hearing #1:
The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday May 9, 2019 at 
7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA 01434 to consider an Event Permit and one-day All Alcoholic Beverage License request by Clear Path for Veterans New England for the Devens Dog Festival to take place on Museum Field at 27 Antietam Street (Parcel ID #31-99-900) on Sunday June 2, 2019 from 8 AM – 3 PM.  Copies of the full application may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.

MacPherson Well RDA:
The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Meeting on Thursday May 9, 2019 at 7:30AM  in the Vicksburg Conference Room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by MassDevelopment for the installation of a new 15’x 20’ temporary building, water filtration treatment system and associated site improvements within 100 feet of wetlands.
