IV. Public Hearing 7:35pm Major Site Plan Review application for Sunpin Solar Development, LLC for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation, for property located off of Conant Road (Map 55 Parcel 33), continued from March 6, 2019 

V. Old Business: Discussion of potential ground-mounted solar bylaw amendments for the June Town Meeting: changing permitting to all districts by Special Permit
