e. Vote on underride wording. (MUST BE VOTED EXACTLY AS PRINTED) The Board needs to vote on the wording for the underride ballot vote. The wording was provided by Town Counsel and needs to be exactly as follows:
''Shall the Town of Phillipston be required to reduce the amount of real estate and personal property taxes to be assessed for the fiscal year beginning July first, two thousand and twenty-one by an amount equal to $97,763?
YES ___ NO ___.”
This figure is adjusted to account for the annual 2.5% increase of Prop Two and One Half over the last two years since the override was adopted. It has been reviewed by the Assessors, by Sue Byrne and by Deb Wagner.
