The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
90 Honeysuckle Lane, Eric & Gina Auger: Proposed installation 6 foot by 4 foot rinsing station attached to the northwest corner of the dwelling at 90 Honeysuckle Lane, Assessors Map 13B parcel 7.

65 Holway Street, John & Merritt Weber: Proposed construction of a foundation beneath the existing dwelling at 65 Holway Street Assessors Map 17C parcels 25-53 & 25A-53A.   

101 Uncle Deane’s Road, James Terry: Continued hearing for proposed installation of septic tank and pump chamber; pump and fill existing cesspool at 101 Uncle Deane’s Road, Assessors Map 4D parcel A10.
