Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 8:00PM, in the Berlin Town Office Building to act on the petition of Whitney Estates Condominium Trust of Worcester, Massachusetts affecting the properties located on Alden Road, Berlin.
The Petitioner seeks an amendment to the Comprehensive Permit dated August 18, 2004 to remove finding #36d which requires at least 25% of the trustees of the Association to be owners of Affordable Units, and finding #36b which provides that no amendments to provisions concerning Affordable Units may be amended without Board approval.
All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing. |
