In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

• Continued Public Hearing:  Level 2 Unified Permit Application 112 Barnum Road – to amend an April 3, 2008 Record of Decision by re-evaluating parking requirements at 112 Barnum Road

• MS MuckFest Event April 26th and April 27, 2014 by Event 360 and 2 One-Day Wine and/or Malt License requests by the Devens Grill for April 26th and 27, 2014 at Willard Field

The Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC) will conduct a combined Public Meeting and Public Hearing on Thursday April 3, 2014 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg conference room, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider an Event Permit and two (2) one-day Wine and/or Malt Beverage License requests by Event 360, Inc. and Elaine Gailey of the Devens Grill.  Event to be held on Willard Field at the intersection of Antietam Street and Sherman Avenue on Saturday April 26, 2014 and Sunday April 27, 2014.  Complete details and copies of the applications may be viewed at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
