Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2014, at 8:00 p.m., in the Berlin Town Office Building to act on the petition of Berlin Village, LLC of Acton, Massachusetts regarding its property located at 100 River Road West, Assessors Map 3-2-0.
The Petitioner seeks a Variance from Section 620, Table of Dimensional Regulations, which requires a minimum lot area of 80,000 square feet. The Petitioner seeks a Variance of 76,470 square feet to allow for an additional buildable lot.
All persons interested should plan to attend or be represented at the hearing.
