The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

FIELD CHANGE REQUESTS:

28 Eel River Road, Jeffrey Lines, SE 10-3402: Field change request to move the location of the proposed kayak rack. 

23 Rover Run, Mark and Jane Johnson, Trustees, The Mark William Johnson 2010 Revocable Trust & The Jane Clayson-Johnson 2010 Revocable Trust, SE 10-3217: Field change request to install native plants and remove invasive plants in the Resource Area.
