The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
VIOLATIONS:
107 Taylors Pond Road: Tree removal in and within 100 feet of Resources Areas. This hearing was placed on the May 6th agenda in error and it was continued to May 13, 2020.
114 Potonumecot Road, Owner William G. Aschenbach: Vegetation clearing, regrading, construction of a stone wall, patio, fire pit, trampoline, ball court and white wooden sound board/movie screen. Attorney Riley submitted a request to continue the enforcement hearing to May 13, 2020.
Outermost Harbor Marine (83 Seagull Road): Vegetation removal and regrading in Wetland Resource Areas and Buffer Zones/Adjacent Upland Resource Area. New materials received.
552 Orleans Road, Hung Gately LLC: Regrading of Resource Areas and sedimentation of Salt Marsh. New materials received.
108 Mill Hill Road: Vegetation removal, regrading and installation of dock-like structure in Wetland Resource Area and Adjacent Upland Resource Area. New materials received.
20 Cedar Swamp Lane: Vegetation removal including the cutting of trees and regrading in Resource Area.
AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:
641 Crowell Road, Diana Kiker, SE 10-2437: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of a pool, pool apron, pergola and gravel driveway, relocation of the septic tank, restoration and maintenance of meadow habitat. The Order of Conditions has expired, the work was never started and therefore the Order of Conditions is no longer valid.
