The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

EXTENSION REQUESTS:

303 Old Queen Anne Road, Marcy Singer, Marcy Urban Singer Living Trust, SE 10-3235: Request for a 1-year extension to restore existing overgrown vegetation with Resource Areas. 

83 Seagull Road & 30 Wikis Way, Seagull Enterprise Properties LLC (# 83 Seagull), Farrell Kahn-applicant & Monomoy NWR, USA Weather Station/US Fish & Wildlife Service (#30 Wikis) SE 10-3233: Request for a 1 year extension for dredging and sand placement.

VIOLATIONS:

20 Cedar Swamp Lane: Vegetation removal including the cutting of trees and regrading in Resource Area. 

108 Mill Hill Road: Vegetation removal, regrading and installation of dock-like structure in Wetland Resource Area and Adjacent Upland Resource Area.

14 Periwinkle Lane, SE 10-3344: Damage to shellfish habitat and shellfish propagation site during installation of bulkhead.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE:

70 Judges Way, Evert and Joyce Huizing, SE 10-3222: Certificate of Compliance requested to rebuild the existing stairs, create and maintain a filtered view corridor, remove dead trees and trim bushes in front of deck. An Amendment to SE 10-3222 includes reconstruction of a timber platform and a new seasonal staircase.

103 Wapoos Trail, Jonathan Rennert/Morris Better Realty Trust, SE 10-3185: Certificate of Compliance requested for the demolition of an existing dwelling, construction of a new dwelling, extension of the existing driveway to create a circular driveway, construction of a new patio and landscape improvements

20 Lords Pond Lane (fka Lot 32A Old Comers Road), William Southwick, SE 10-432: Certificate of Compliance requested for construction of a two bedroom dwelling, swimming pool and installation of a sewage disposal system.

DISCUSSION:

The Conservation Commission will discuss and vote on their 2021 Hearing and Work Session Calendar.
