17-023	James Murphy/c/o Sean Murphy – Application to cover existing cedar clapboard with vinyl siding located at 1705 and 1715 Main Street. Application continued from April 19, 2017.

17-029            Town of Chatham/c/o Terry Whalen – Application to replace cement board wall panels with cement board clapboards on the West Elevation of the Chatham Community Center located at 702 Main Street. Application continued from April 19, 2017.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION:
17-032	Steindler Family Trust/c/o Charles Gallagher – Application to remove and replace asphalt roof with grey pewterwood shingles located at 70 Depot Road.

17-038	Pentimento/c/o Muto Inc – Application to remove existing roof and replace it with Birchwood shingles located at 584 Main Street.

17-039	Chatham Squire/c/o Stello Construction – Application to remove existing cupola and re-roof the building located at 584 Main Street.
