The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.  

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability
62 Cranberry Lane, Ronald Orr: Proposed installation of Title 5 Subsurface Sewage Disposal System at 62 Cranberry Lane, Assessors Map 7C parcel G17A.
 
695 Fox Hill Road, Peter J & Michelle DeSilva Rev Trust, Peter J & Michelle DeSilva Trustees: Proposed bluestone walkway and fire pit patio & retaining wall; installation of stepping stones and hot tub base; tree removal  and mitigation planting at 695 Fox Hill Road, Assessors Map 12M parcel C4.
