The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on a Special Permit application for a Common Driveway submitted by Plastridge Realty Trust, dated February 1, 2017, in accordance with the Town of Berlin Zoning Bylaw Section 710. The proposed Common Driveway would serve seven lots located on Sawyer Hill Road, assessors Map 11 Parcel11-1. 
     A plan of the proposed Common Driveway is on file with the Town Clerk for review during normal Town Clerk office hours or at www.TownofBerlin.com.
