The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

Review of the proposed amended Design Guidelines and Procedures
MINUTES REVIEW:
Meeting held September 16, 2015
MINOR ALTERATION:
15-092 Cynthia Demos – Application to install a fence along the property line located at 447 Main Street.
PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
Sanders, Walsh & Eaton/c/o Marc Belanger – Pre-Application conference to discussion changes to the windows, trim, roofing and sidewall shingles located at 1445 Main Street.
MAJOR ALTERATION:
15-091 Cynthia Muenchow/c/o Ronald Rudnick – Application to construct a new garage, front porch, dormers and to change windows, doors, roof and sidewall shingles located at 19 Bearses Byway.
Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
