IV. Public Hearing, 7:45pm NewVue Liabilities to Assets (LTA) Project Amendment under MGL C. 121A, requesting addition of 204 Freedom Street to LTA Project

V. Public Hearing, 8:00 pm Proposed amendments to the Athol Zoning Bylaw: New Section 3.24.16, Temporary Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installations Moratorium

a)	Request by Ed Berry for Board signatures of Mylar plans for the Benwoods Phase 2 Definitive Plan, Open Space Residential Design (OSRD) Special Permit and Flag Lot Special Permit, for property located at Jeannie Drive and off of Petersham Road (Map 45 Parcels 1 and 129), granted June 12, 2019 and 20-day appeal period expiring July 3, 2019
b) MJTC BPCD Appointment for FY 2020
c) Kyle Dorow of 124 Glendale Avenue for discussion with Board on re-zoning his property in R-C Zoning District to allow auto repair uses

Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting (Aug 7, 2019) discussed: potential new permit applications public hearings, continuation of any current permit application public hearings, and, ground-mounted solar photovoltaic installation zoning bylaw amendments discussion.
