As a general rule, formal action votes are not permitted within Workshops. However, there is an exception for “… extremely urgent and extraordinary circumstances require immediate action…”. Given the need for subsequent action by the Advisory Committee and given the time lag between BoS and AC meetings, we would suggest that budgetary transfers w/in these last few weeks of the fiscal year in order to allow us to meet our financial commitments would constitute such an urgent and extraordinary circumstance.
5. Adjournment
The listing of Agenda items is those reasonably anticipated by the Chair which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent it is permitted by law.
