The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

SIGNS:
16-063	Chatham Inn at 359 Main/Wine Bar & Restaurant /c/o Jeff Ippoliti – Application to install a new ground sign located at 359 Main Street.

16-065	The Men’s Shop/c/o Becky Voelkel – Application to install a new wall sign located at 467 Main Street.

SITE IMPROVEMENTS:
16-064	Chatham Inn at 359 Main/Wine Bar & Restaurant /c/o Jeff Ippoliti – Application to install a patio, fire pit, tables and chairs and four air conditioning condensers on the property located at 359 Main Street.

NEW CONSTRUCTION:
16-061	Dorothy Leung – Application to construct a new 6x8 shed on the property located at 1359 Main Street.  Applicant has requested withdrawal of application.

OTHER BUSINESS:
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION
16-062	Arnold Fellman – Application to replace white cedar shingles and clapboards,  replace old roof shingles with new architectural shingles (color: Weathered Wood) and replace/repaint rotted trim on the structure located at 246 Orleans Road. 

16-066	Chatham Ford – Application to replace rotted trim and repaint trim and walls on the structure located at 781 Main Street. 

16-067	Chatham Ford – Application to replace gutters on the structure located at 781 Main Street.

16-068	Thomas O’Dell – Application to replace old flat rubber roof on the structure located at 423 Main Street.

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
