The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

16-078	Mom & Pops /c/o Thomas Deegan – Application to install a new ground sign located at 1603 Main Street.

16-079	17 Balfour Lane / c/o Siemasko & Verbridge– Application to install a wall sign located at 17 Balfour Lane.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-077	First United Methodist Church/c/o Alan Kuzirian – Application to restore the façade on the structure located at 16 Cross Street.

NEW CONSTRUCTION:
16-081	Richard Griffin/c/o Larry Brutti – Application to construct a new dwelling located at 26 Chatham Heights Road.

CONTINUED HEARING - ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-073	Broadmeadow Realty Trust/c/o Siemasko & Verbridge – Application to alter the façade on the structure located at 15 Market Place.

CONTINUED HEARING - SITE IMPROVEMENTS:
16-064	Chatham Inn at 359 Main/Wine Bar & Restaurant /c/o Jeff Ippoliti – Application to install a patio, fire pit, tables and chairs and four air conditioning condensers on the property located at 359 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION
16-076	James Murphy – Application to replace front door on the structure located at 1715 Main Street. 

16-080	Seagull Properties LLC – Application to a temporary tarpaulin structure located at 157 Enterprise Drive. 

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
