In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

•	Devens Golf Course LP dba Red Tail Golf Club (15-18-100) at 15 Bulge Rd; 
•	JELJ dba the Devens Grill  (20-3-300)at 4 Ryans Way;

Devens Enterprise Commission

Pursuant to MGL Chapter 140 the Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, to vote on five (5) Liquor License renewals for calendar year 2018 held by the following businesses in the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone:  
•	Devens Common Conference Center, LLC (20-3-300) at 31 Andrews Parkway; 
•	Devens Golf Course LP dba Red Tail Golf Club (15-18-100) at 15 Bulge Rd; 
•	JELJ dba the Devens Grill  (20-3-300)at 4 Ryans Way;
