AGENDA
1. Approval of Minutes for Thursday, November 9, 2017.
2. Review of new edits/comments submitted to the Committee regarding our proposed changes. – Noise By-law proposed by Art Lawrence.
3. Amend minutes from November 2, 2017. The following were omitted from the November 9 minutes and need to be approved. At the suggestion of the Chair of the Select Board, the Health Director asked BL to review two items proposed for the warrant for the next Town Meeting: a proposed Recycling By-Law and a Moratorium on Recreational Marijuana. Regarding the Recycling By-law, BL decided (4,0) to communicate the following to the Health Director. The language should be more “user friendly” and it should be clearly stated that this new By-law replaces the existing By-law. BL expressed no opinion on the Moratorium on Recreational Marijuana.
4. Return to Section 9 of the new, proposed Budget Process Article and review the changes proposed at the last meeting.
5. Review proposed memo to the Finance Committee regarding the Budget Process.
6. Review Progress Chart
7. Decide what completed Articles should be sent to the Select Board.
8. Review plan for completing all Articles.
9. If time permits, continue the review of articles already completed to give new members of the Committee a chance to give their input.
