The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 beginning at 3:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

CONTINUED HEARING - MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-112	26 Cross Street LLC/c/o Aaron Polhemus– Application for proposed changes to the Certificate of Appropriateness (13-096) including demolition, renovations and additions to the existing structures located at 26 Cross Street, et al (8 dwellings). Continued from November 19, 2014.

SIGN:
14-116	Sweet Tomatoes/Merrill Sweet – Application to install a wall sign located at 790 Main Street.

14-118	Puritan Cape Cod/c/o Gary Graham – Application to install a wall sign located at 573 Main Street.

14-120	Siemasko & Verbridge/c/o Leslie Schneeberger – Application to install a wall sign located at 403 Main Street.

14-121	Siemasko & Verbridge/c/o Leslie Schneeberger – Application to install a ground sign located at 403 Main Street.

MINOR ALTERATION:
14-122	Siemasko & Verbridge/c/o Leslie Schneeberger – Application to paint, replace window boxes, remove storm windows and doors, and remove or replant landscaping for the property located at 403 Main Street.

MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-115	Sorbello Landscaping/Al Sorbello – Application to change landscaping, lighting, windows, garage door and construct a new shed located at 347 Orleans Road.

 14-117  	Scott Ravelson/c/o Northside Design Associates – Application to change the front façade of the structure, add landscaping and hardscaping to the property located at 578 Main Street.

14-119	Puritan Cape Cod/c/o Gary Graham – Application to change the front façade of the structure located at 573 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
Discussion of Community Preservation Committee (CPC) application for funding of Historic Property & Area Survey
