In accordance with the State’s Open Meeting Law, we wish to inform all attendees that this meeting is being taped by the Devens Enterprise Commission and the Local Cable Access group.

The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday,
December 4, 2014 at  7:30 AM in the Vicksburg Conference room at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, to vote on the renewal request of five (5) Liquor Licenses and Common Victualler Licenses for calendar year 2015 held by:  Devens Common Conference Center, LLC at 31 Andrews Parkway; Devens Golf Course LP dba Red Tail Golf Club at 15 Bulge Rd; JELJ dba the Devens Grill at 4 Ryans Way; Devens Hospitality LLC at 27 Andrews Parkway and the Devens Inn LLC dba Devens Hilton Garden Inn at 59 Andrews Parkway in Devens, MA  pursuant to MGL Chapter 140 and amendments thereto. 
The DEC will also vote on Common Victualler License renewals for calendar year 2015 from Sodexo at BMS Corp Cafeteria, 38 Jackson Rd; Pizza Bella, Inc at 8 Andrews Parkway; Rapid Refill #125 at 4 Andrews Parkway and Dunkin Donuts at 26 Andrews Parkway in Devens, MA pursuant to MGL Chapter 140 and amendments thereto.
