Information for Meeting of Joint Board Of Selectmen Of Ayer, Harvard And Shirley

-The Ayer Board of Selectmen will meet during the Joint Board of Selectmen Meeting.
-The Harvard Board of Selectmen will meet during the Joint Board of Selectmen Meeting.
-The Shirley Board of Selectmen will meet during the Joint Board of Selectmen Meeting.
-7 PM: Call to Order.  
-Chairmanship. 
-Review and approve November 13, October 23 and July 24, 2014 JBOS Minutes.
-Treasury update.
-Discuss and vote on whether not to hold Super Town Meeting for the four proposed amendments to Chapter 498: 
•Allow for “Senior Residential” uses in the Shirley Village Growth l Zoning District
•Allow for Healthcare uses in additional Devens zoning districts where they are not currently allowed
•Undertake two zoning “swaps” to allow for the residential redevelopment of the former Adams Circle neighborhood and to protect valuable adjacent environmental and historical resources. 
•Rezone parts of the southern end of the Grant Road district for appropriately buffered commercial uses consistent with the Innovation and Technology Business Zoning District.
-Discuss two versions of preliminary language to amend Chapter 498, relative to Super Town Meeting voting requirements. Vote on whether or not to add one of the versions to the above four proposed amendments to Chapter 498.
