The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

REQUEST FOR 1-YEAR EXTENSION:

378 Cockle Cove Road, Charna and Scott Daly, SE 10-2190: Request for a 1 year extension to construct a driveway with a paved apron, remove vegetation and plant mitigation plants.

AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS
