Mike Seery donated a box of historic postcards, @150 images, Tuesday, October 15, 2019 suggested they be from the Edith Holmes family.
Power Point presentation requested by Advisory Board for Thursday, November 14 at 7:00 p.m. Bullet points for purchase of 18 Common Street and 5-year plan. And financial requests for the library.

FY2021: Purchase 18 Common Street for $249,000
Bathroom will be regarded as Staff Use Only
Operating expenses request $3000
FY2022: Request $15,000 for updates, security Operating expenses request $3000
FY2023: Request $20,000 for updates
Operating budget request $3000 or minor increase
Discuss and decide what information to include from the tri-folds prepared last year. Review MGL Chapter 270 Section 26, staff bathrooms.
List of organizations currently using 18 Common Street (Felton House) for meetings: Banister Book Group, Brookfield Historical Society, Friends of the Library, Brookfield Community Club, Brookfield Cultural Council, Council on Aging, Girl Scouts.
Review minutes from Monday, September 9, 2019. Motion by
Ratify Library payroll FY20 warrants dated, September 18, October 3 and 18, 2019.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated, September 11 and September 17, October 9, 2019.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated, October 9, 2019.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, October 9, 2019.
 
Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated, September 11 and 19, October 16, 2019.
Motion to approve by
Response from BOS to our letter regarding library accounts and late payments.
