V.	PUBLIC HEARINGS:
7:00 PM Tax Classification Hearing: As required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 56, the Orange Board of Selectmen will hold their annual fiscal year 2017 Tax Classification Hearing.  The purpose of the hearing is to determine the percentages of the local tax levy to be borne by each class of real property. The Public is encouraged to attend.

XI.	EXECUTIVE SESSION:  M.G.L. Chapter 30A, §21, #2.To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (re: Fire Chief Contract); and #3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares (re: Clerical & DPW Collective Bargaining Units);
