2.	Minutes: Review – approve (5-25-17, 6-29-17 (approved), 9-28-17, 11-2-17, 12-21-17, 1-11-18 & 2-28-18)
3.	Report/Discuss/Vote:
-Report: Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce meeting on 4-3-18
-Planned tour of sites of interest in Berlin.  Ask the question:  Do we want tourism in Berlin?  Lodging, eateries, etc?
-Discuss “Greenway” - https://blackstoneheritagecorridor.org/exploring-the-blackstone-river-valley/maps-tours-guides/bikepath-access/ 
-Discuss remote appearance of guests
-Discuss Rick Taintor (3-20-18 3:30-5:00), contract planner, meeting
-Further discuss EDC strategy as well as how to operate more effectively.

-Nadine: -Brookline EDC & Meals/lodging tax (portion to go to EDC and ATM warrant deadline to seek a share)
-Tricia: – Meeting with former member Bob Blair, Newsletter, To Do List & EDC submission for town newsletter (deadline t/b/d)
-Paul:   - New England Sports Center
-Peter  - Town Clerk to notify when new business opens in Berlin & ‘Spooky World’ re-use.   Report that ATM report submitted.
