The Chatham Conservation Commission will hold the following Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session – MGL Ch. 30A, Section 21 #3 - To discuss strategy with respect to litigation (107 Taylors Pond Rd), and the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body with a return to open session.
