II. Special Election
a. One of the Five Chairs to presided over the meeting as a moderator.
III. Public Session
Any member of the public that has a connection to any of the Five School Committees may speak at this time. This is not meant to be a Q&A nor a debate. Speakers when identified should state their name and connection to the District and make their statement. Any supporting documents and or material should be emailed to the committee at jlumbra@scm.hr-k12.org and it will be forwarded to all five committees.
IV. Other
V. Executive Session:
a. MGL Chapter 39, 23B: To discuss strategy with respect to non-union personnel where if in open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining or litigation position.
It is anticipated that at the conclusion of Executive Session that the Joint Committee will return to public session and will state if any motions where made and passed as well as take any open session votes that may be required. Those members of the public will be placed in the waiting room during Executive Session and anyone in the waiting room will be brought back in when we resume the public session. Please note that we are unsure at this time how long the Executive Session will last but the Host will provide updates each hour that passes while in Executive session as to when we may return.
