PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Too all persons deemed interested a public hearing will be held on Tuesday October 16, 2018 6:30 PM at the Templeton Town Hall 160 Patriots Road East Templeton MA 01438 before the Templeton Zoning Board of Appeals acting under the Town of Templeton Zoning By Laws, section 5.2.2 Nonconforming Uses, to consider as special permit from the ZBA for a commercial garage on residential property, submitted by Dave Richards of B&C Richard Sand and Gravel for a property located at 3 Whitney St Templeton MA 01468 located in RA2 zone.
