III.  7:15 Public Hearing on proposed amendments to the Athol Zoning Bylaw: a) Amendment to Section 4.1, to establish definition of new "Mobile Food Vendor" 
b) Amendment to Section 2.3, Use Regulation Schedule, by adding the Mobile Food Vendor use that would be allowed by-right in the Town's CA, CB, G, and I Districts (prohibited in all others)
c) Amendment to Section 2.3, Use Regulation Schedule, to change permitting of Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installations from by-right to Special Permit in the R-C District (currently by Special Permit in all others)
d) Amendment to Section 3.24.2 by adding text to identify the Board of Planning and Community Development as the Special Permit Granting Authority for Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installations  

IV. Warrant Article Review and Vote to recommend or not to recommend the following articles for matters concerning the physical, economic, and environmental development of the Town for the June 10, 2019 Annual Town Meeting Warrant: 

     Articles 23, 24, and 28

V. Public Hearing, 7:45pm Licensed Marijuana Establishment Special Permit application for The Botanist, Inc., for marijuana cultivation and processing, for property located at 706 Petersham Road (Map 46 Parcels 45 and 87)

A.  Further discussion and review of the 2019 June Town Meeting Warrant

B.  Scheduling of a site visit of the proposed Benwoods OSRD Definitive Plan Subdivision, per Section 3.16.4.3 of the Zoning Bylaw (Public Hearing is continued until June 5, 2019 @7:30pm)
