Call to Order

The Board will open the meeting and go into Executive Session
At 6:30 pm and then return to open session to adjourn the meeting.

A.  Executive Session - Exemption 3.
      To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open
      meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position 
      of the public body and the Chair so declares.  

Return to open session.
