The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.

AMENDMENT TO ORDERS OF CONDITIONS 

0 Stephen Drive, Robert Adamo, SE 10-3312 (Phase 1): Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-3312 to substitute a concrete block wall for a boulder wall on the right and left sides of the property, install a wall 2 feet landward from the 50 foot buffer line along the rear property line, locate the pool fence on top of the rear block wall, reduce the size of the deck, and install a rinse station off the northeast corner of the house.

314 Cockle Cove Road: Failure to maintain erosion controls, removal of existing retaining wall without proper erosion controls and alteration to the existing driveway
