CONCOMM HAS 6 SITTING MEMBERS ---- 4 MEMBERS CONSTITUTE A QUORUM for meeting of a 7 member commission. A simple majority of the quorum is required for a positive vote.    (“quorum” based upon majority of total number of commission members that can be appointed regardless if all those positions are filled – based upon Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court decision-(McElderry v. P.B of Nantucket, 431 Mass. 722).)
