	To the Constable of the Town of Southampton in said County:
GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Southampton qualified to vote in elections and Town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, first floor meeting room, 210 College Highway, in said Southampton, at seven (7:00) o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 for the following purposes:

A.	To elect a Chairman to serve at the Caucus
B.	To elect a Clerk to record the minutes of the Caucus
C.	To nominate candidates for election at the Annual Town Election, Monday, May 2, 2016 for the following offices:

Moderator 							One for one year
Selectman							One for three years
Almoner							One for four years
Board of Assessors						One for three years
Board of Health						One for three years
Cemetery Commissioner					One for three years
Constable							One for two years
County Councillor						One for three years
Finance Committee						Two for three years
Finance Committee						One for one year
Library Trustees						Four for three years
Park Commission						One for five years
Personnel Policy & Procedure Board				One for three years
Planning Board						One for five years
School Committee - HRHS					One for three years
School Committee – Norris					One for three years
School Committee – Norris					One for one year
Tree Warden						One for one year
Water Commissioner					One for three years

	The polls will remain open until nine (9:00) o’clock p.m.

And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at the Town Hall in said Southampton, and notices of the same usual places in said Town, seven days at least, before the time of holding said Citizens’ Caucus.

Hereof fail not and make due return of the Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of aforesaid meeting.
