      a. Review and vote on Town Clerks request for transfer of funds.
      b. Make Fin-Com Chair’s recommendations/discussions (single vote) required for   
          the following items:
          *** Pay and budget increases proposed.
          *** Deadline for “2022” budget requests to be Thursday, February 25, 2021”.
               Due to Covid-19 interference. 
         *** Explore more user friendly spread sheet.
