I. Call to Order
II. Public Comments-Please provide Public Comments limited to items on the agenda to kturgeon@bbrsd.org no later than 9:00 a.m. on January 29, 2021
III. Provide policy update regarding evaluation involvement for Committee members who are stepping off the Committee mid-term
IV. Identify any final changes to the guidance document.
V. Review next steps for photocopying and distributing notebooks to Committee members in time for the February 9 meeting.
VI. Discuss observations, questions, next steps pertaining to the Summative Evaluation online form.
VII. Plan for any superintendent evaluation orientation meetings with the newest Committee member.
VIII. Next Steps in the Evaluation Process and Committee Work
