TOWN OF PETERSHAM CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 8, at 7:00 p.m. at The Town Office Building, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability by the Petersham Highway Department to Chip Seal Old Hardwick Road, portions of Glen Valley Road, portions of Nichewaug Road, and portions of paved Monson Turnpike; Reclamation on portions of West Road, East Street, and Phillips Drive; and Overlay on Spring Street.
Portions of the roads cross over streams or are in the 100-foot buffer zone of wetlands. All work will be performed on the existing paved surface of the roads. A copy of the Request may be inspected at The Town Office Building prior to the meeting. All interested persons are invited to attend.

All work will be performed on the existing paved surface of the road. A copy of the Request may be inspected at The Town Office Building prior to the meeting. All interested persons are invited to attend.
