8:00PM - Consider the application of Green Acres Development, LLC, whose address is POB 257, Berlin MA 01503. The applicant seeks a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40B of the Massachusetts General Laws.
The applicants seek to develop land west of Dudley Road owned by A. D and L Realty Co., and Larkin Lumber Company, whose address is 72 Washington Street, Hudson Massachusetts, said property being shown on Assessors Map 12, Block 17, Lot 0. They seek to construct 32 detached single-family condominiums, of which eight would be affordable on approximately 32 acres.
